What is your return policy for live plants?
We offer a 30-day 'Arrive Alive' guarantee. If your plant arrives damaged or dies within the first 30 days, simply send us a photo and we will send a replacement free of charge.
Do you ship during the winter months?
Yes, we ship year-round. During colder months, we include complimentary heat packs and insulated wrap for orders traveling to freezing climates to ensure your plants stay warm.
Are your pots and planters sustainable?
Absolutely. Our 'Rooted' collection features planters made from recycled plastics, stone composite, and ethically sourced terracotta to minimize our environmental footprint.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is processed, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please note that live plant orders may take 2-3 business days to process to ensure they are hydrated before their journey.
